We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our cancellation and refund processes.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Full Refund Period

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. During this period:

  • You may cancel any service for a full 100% refund
  • No questions asked - we respect your decision
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original payment method will be credited

Important: The 7-day guarantee applies from the date of purchase, regardless of whether work has begun on your project.

2. Cancellation After 7 Days

Prorated Refunds

After the 7-day period, cancellations are subject to prorated refunds based on work completed:

  • Refund amount = Total fee - (Value of work completed)
  • Work completion is calculated based on service milestones
  • We provide detailed breakdown of completed work
  • Minimum 30% administrative fee may apply

  • Editing and proofreading (30%)

  • Distribution setup (10%)

3. Non-Refundable Services and Situations

Services Not Eligible for Refund

The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • ISBN assignment and registration fees
  • Copyright registration services
  • Printed author copies already produced
  • Third-party distribution fees already paid
  • Rush service fees

Situations Where Refunds May Not Apply

Refunds may not be granted in these circumstances:

  • Content violates our terms of service
  • Author fails to provide required materials
  • Project is abandoned by the author
  • Services have been fully completed
  • Book has already been published and distributed

Note: Once your book has been published and distributed to retailers, cancellation and removal from distribution may not be possible, and refunds cannot be provided for completed publishing services.
